The summer season is in full swing, and The Rocky Mountain Home Team is picking up plenty of new listings. Be sure to watch our blog for more information on these exciting new properties for sale.
Move, Inc was hit by a cyberattack that disrupted activity to several websites including the Top Producer management platform and Realtor.com. Fortunately for the Rocky Mountain Home Team, we operate out of multiple systems and were not significantly impacted by the attacks.
Existing Home Sales Heat Up: “Many potential buyers were left on the sidelines beginning last summer as affordability declined amidst rising home prices and interest rates. The temporary pause in rising interest rates and more homes for sale is good news – especially for first-time home buyers – who likely have a better chance in upcoming months to make a competitive offer that’s in return accepted by the seller.”
“The labor market, which is a key to overall economic health, has recovered all of the eight million jobs lost since the recession. NAR measured whether new home construction has kept up with job creation to determine the impact of construction on housing supply. The findings reveal that new home construction is underperforming in 32 states and the District of Columbia.”
